I know what starting again feels like.
I did not build this from theory. I built it from being overweight, tired, frustrated, unsure where to start and sick of overcomplicating everything.
I learned how to structure food, use the gym properly, improve cardio, build muscle, lose fat and keep going when life was busy.
My goal is simple: help normal people stop guessing and start making progress.
